HISTORY
• August: For the first time SXMFF took part in the CONCACAF Boys Under-15 Championship
• January-February: SXMFF Youth Club Competition age categories Under-7 to Under-14, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the competition was postponed until February 2021
• July: SXMFF Summer Camp for from 4 to 16 years old
• Jun-Jul/Sep-Oct: KNVB WorldCoach/Concacaf course
• October-December: Men’s St. Maarten Premier League (SMPL)
• December: SXMFF Tiny Kicks program for players from 4 to 6 years old

Mission
The Sint Maarten Football Federation (SXMFF) is an organization that enhances national pride, through a safe and disciplined society, by developing and promoting football while creating opportunities for players and officials to represent the nation and earn a living.
Vision
We believe that football is the cornerstone of Sint Maarten’s society with successful national teams, thriving sports tourism, internationally accredited facilities, well-run competitions and a robust youth development program, all inspired by an innovative and well-structured SXMFF.

Football Arrives on Sint Maarten
Football begins to be played on Sint Maarten.
The Sint Maarten Soccer Association (SMSA) is officially founded on June 14, becoming the island's recognized football federation.

1989
First International Match
Sint Maarten participates in its first official international game during the inauguration of the CFU Caribbean Cup.
SXMFF becomes an associated member of CONCACAF.

2010
Self-Governance and FIFA Membership Exclusion
Following the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles, Sint Maarten becomes a self-governing country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. While Curaçao retained FIFA membership, Sint Maarten was left out.
SXMFF achieves full membership in CONCACAF, strengthening its position in regional football.

Appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)
The Sint Maarten Football Federation (SXMFF) appeals to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), challenging FIFA's decision denying membership.
SXMFF continues its pursuit of official FIFA membership, working towards international recognition in global football governance.
